Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the operator of the Art of Cyber website collects, uses, retains, and shares personal information submitted through the site. It also provides the notice required when personal information is collected under Section 11 of Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13.

Information we collect

• Information you submit in the form: full name and email address; and, if you choose, company, phone number, topic, and message.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, access times, and security logs.
• If you consent, usage data and identifiers through Google Analytics as well. Aggregated usage data through Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare documentation, the tool does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use cookies for analytics.

Is providing information mandatory?

You are not legally required to provide information. Submission is voluntary and based on your consent. Without your name and email address, we cannot respond to your inquiry. All other form fields are optional.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, and provide information about services you requested.
• Manage a business relationship if you choose to proceed.
• Operate the site securely, prevent misuse, diagnose faults, and comply with law.
• Measure and improve the site, only in line with your cookie choice.

Who may receive information

Service providers may process information for us when needed to operate the site: Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile, and cookieless analytics; Google for consent-based analytics; and Resend to deliver the inquiry by email. Resend processes contact details and message content in the United States and retains email and log data for 30 days on its Free plan. According to Resend, the transfer is governed by its DPA, including Standard Contractual Clauses. Other providers will be used only when needed to handle an inquiry. They receive only what they need for their role and may use it only for that purpose. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Retention and data minimization

Information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations, and defend legal claims. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized under Boris Pustilnik's retention procedures. Please do not submit sensitive information or information unrelated to your inquiry.

Hosting, analytics, and cookies

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare documentation, its analytics tool does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use cookies for analytics. Google Analytics is enabled only after you explicitly consent using the analytics settings on this site. It uses cookies and online identifiers to measure page views, referral sources and site interactions. Google may process the data outside Israel, including in the United States, under its service terms and privacy policy. Page URLs are sent without query parameters; do not include personal information in page URLs. We do not use Meta Pixel or advertising trackers. Declining Google Analytics does not restrict access to the site or contact form. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the "Analytics settings" button; withdrawal stops analytics and deletes Google Analytics cookies on this domain. Cloudflare may process traffic and security data needed to deliver and protect the site under its service and privacy terms. If a non-essential tool using cookies or personal data is added later, this policy and the site's choice mechanism will be updated before that tool is enabled.

Information security

Boris Pustilnik uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, updates, access logging, and incident handling. No system is completely secure.

Access and correction rights

Under Sections 13 and 14 of the Law, you may ask to review personal information held about you and request the correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. Contact [email protected]. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing activities, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top.
