By accessing and using this website and services ("Website", "Services"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Art Of Cyber Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are governed by Israeli law and international regulations including the E-Commerce Law, 2002. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and Services.

You agree to use our Website and Services for lawful purposes only.

**Prohibited Activities**:
- Accessing without authorization or using for illegal purposes
- Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access
- Disrupting service continuity (DDoS attacks, malware)
- Collecting personal data without consent
- Misrepresenting identity or impersonating others
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) without permission
- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful content

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We disclaim all warranties including:

**IMPORTANT**: Security assessments are point-in-time snapshots. We do not guarantee complete vulnerability discovery. Client responsibility:
- Implement recommended fixes
- Conduct ongoing security monitoring
- Test recommendations before production deployment
- Maintain backup systems

**MAXIMUM LIABILITY**: Our total liability does not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months (or $100 if no fees paid).

We are NOT liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Lost data or business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Damages from third-party actions
- Unauthorized access despite our security measures
- Implementation errors from clients

This limitation applies even if we were advised of potential damages.

**Exception**: Liability for personal injury or gross negligence cannot be limited under Israeli law.

You indemnify and hold harmless Art Of Cyber, our directors, employees, agents, and partners from:

- Claims arising from your use of the Website/Services
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Misuse of security assessment findings
- Claims from your customers or users
- Failure to implement security recommendations

You must defend us in litigation and pay all reasonable costs and attorneys' fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

**Jurisdiction**: Exclusive jurisdiction over disputes lies with the Israeli courts in Tel Aviv.

**Dispute Resolution Process**:
1. Good-faith negotiation (30 days)
2. Escalation to management (15 days)
3. Legal proceedings (if unresolved)

You waive jury trial rights and agree to binding arbitration if required by Israeli law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

**Notification**: We will provide notice via:
- Email (for material changes)
- Website banner
- Updated "Last Modified" date

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Significant changes affecting liability or payment will be notified 14 days in advance.
